Booking Process and Term Condition
RESERVATION:
Inquiries and reservation for service in all areas shown in this confidential tariff can be made trough Lombok Trekking Travel office in Mataram. Maximum detailed are required in order to fulfill efficiently reservation, arrival / departure date, detailed flight, number of person involved and alternative hotel, if acceptable, will help us to efficiently handle your required.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will be made by airmail, e-mail, by fax will be send on prepaid answer or when short notice does not permit us to confirm by letter..
CANCELLATION
Cancellation charge are not leave by Lombok Trekking Travel, hotel however, carries, restaurant contract etc., do charge less depending on circumstances. If charged these will be debited to you.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be received prior to arrival for first join co-operation except, for those companies with whom have special arrangement be made failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation.

Cancellation:
No refund (deposit) on cancellation made within 7 days before arrival.
The following provisions have been made for reservations:
- 30 or 50% deposit required for booking
- Final payment to be paid before departure from Lombok Trekking Travel.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to start date.
- 15% deposit is not refundable for cancellations
Voucher / Exchange ORDER
Please issue one voucher for all service required, clearly explaining service to be provided and itinerary should be forwarded with the vouchers and only these detailed service will be provided.
Copies of both voucher and itinerary must be received before arrival of client. Please address your voucher / exchange order to Lombok Trekking Travel
LIABILITY
although no effort will be spared to provide the requested service Lombok Trekking Travel acts only agent for transportation company
Hotels, car operation and other contractors will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any lost damage, accident or other change of schedule caused or irregularities arising from circumstances beyond their control.
Lombok Trekking Travel also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if in the best interest of all concerned.
Exchange Rates
All in this tariff rate quoted are in U.S. $ dollar and the local currencies of the countries concerned unless otherwise stated.
Tax
Airport taxes are not included in our quotation.
VALIDITY
This tariff is valid for the calendar of the year or effective: March 2008 - April 2009 Transfer Transfer rates include: meeting and greeting, assistance with arrival and departure procedures at Airport, Sea port, port and Station Hotel. Porterage less during transfer operation at Airport, Sea port, hotel and transportation by air conditioned of travel reservation.
TOUR
Tours rates include: Transportation as indicated in the program for individual travelers, driver, guide are used while in the case of group minimum 15 passengers, English speaking guide are used. Guides speaking other languages are available, upon request at additional cost for admission, fees, meals when indicated in the programmers.
HOTEL
Hotel accommodation is in based on sharing in air conditioned, twin bed room, with private bath or shower unless otherwise indicated, single room supplement are indicated.

TRANSPORTATION
The best transportation is available Lombok Trekking Travel utilizes coaches and owned by its operating companies and associations.
Standard of service
Lombok Trekking Travel guarantees to provide the high standard of service with in the limitation of the destination involved.
TOUR LEAD
Services are provided free of charge for one tour leader which every 20 full paying passenger. This arrangement is complimentary to part from meals and is limited to maximum of tour leader per group. Children's rates For transportation service the following rates apply; Under 2 years service free of charge, from 2 to 10 year service 50% of full rate, over 12 years service at full tariff rate for hotel accommodation and meals are subject to the tariff of respective hotel.
Whole sales facilities
Office space and facilities are available in Lombok Trekking Travel Service operating office for tour coordinators of volume group movement. Rental charge will be related to be volume of business generated for Lombok Trekking Travel. Hospitality uniformed staff desks with attractively maybe arrange principle at hotel group for regular arrival and for dispensing information comes out of optimal sightseeing tour and making meal rearrangement. Facsimile, telephone facilities are available in principle areas to tour leaders. All charge will be debited back to the company concerned.
