Deposit and Final Payment
Your booking confirmation will be accepted
not later than 30 days prior to departure date by transfer to
our bank account with deposit of 50% from the cost of the
package fare and the balance is full payment the latest of 7
days before departure date.

Cancellation Fee
*If the cancellation is made within 21 days prior to departure
date, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the cost of the
package fare.
*If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure
date, the cancellation fee will be 45% of the cost of package
fare.
*If the cancellation is made within 5 days prior to departure
date, the cancellation fee will be 85 % of the cost of package
fare.
Our Responsibility
We will always do our bestest effort to
ensure your tour arrangements are running well and satisfying.
However, the locations of adventure trip may be in remote areas
or in the wilderness. The events may occur in these places are
less predictable and sometimes unexpected being the norm.
Despite painstaking planning, such events cannot be taken for
granted and there will be some elements of risk-taking as we are
dealing with the mighty nature and other elements. Some places
are not having the same quality of facility, healthy and safety
services that may dictate us to be accustomed for limited of
communications. The road travel may be uncomfortable and
sometimes unreliable. This means that the itineraries planned
should be seen as statement of intention, rather than
contractual obligation. Accident, illness, unfavorable climate,
disaster, transport difficulties, political instability, flight
cancel and delay or other Force Majeure might cause the
itineraries are amended or canceled. Nevertheless, we will do
everything within our control to minimize the effects of the
enforced changes. We do need your understanding if our staffs or
local guides make some alterations which are necessary with or
without consulting to clients due to above cases.
We will accept liability for only to the
extent of any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our
negligence. However, we do not accept any liability in contract
or in a tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss,
delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or
indirectly by the Force Majeure or other events which are beyond
of our control and which are not preventable by reasonable
diligence on our part (including but not limited to war, civil
disturbance, inclement weather, riots, fire, floods, government
regulations, labor or industrial disputes, Act of God, etc). We
will assist you in rescheduling of flights and organizing
suitable accommodation, transportation, meals, etc. But all
costs will be borne by customers if the circumstances occur.
Voucher /
Exchange ORDER
Please issue one voucher for all service required, clearly
explaining service to be provided and itinerary should be
forwarded with the vouchers and only these detailed service will
be provided.
Copies of both voucher and itinerary must be received before
arrival of client. Please address your voucher / exchange order
to Lombok Trekking Travel
LIABILITY
although no effort will be spared to provide the requested
service Lombok Trekking Travel acts only agent for
transportation company
Hotels, car operation and other contractors will therefore have
to disclaim responsibility for any lost damage, accident or
other change of schedule caused or irregularities arising from
circumstances beyond their control.
Lombok Trekking Travel also reserves the right to change the
itinerary with or without notice if in the best interest of all
concerned.
Exchange Rates
All in this tariff rate quoted are in U.S. $ dollar and the
local currencies of the countries concerned unless otherwise
stated.
Tax
Airport taxes are not included in our quotation.
VALIDITY
This tariff is valid for the calendar of the year or effective:
March 2008 - April 2009 Transfer Transfer rates include: meeting
and greeting, assistance with arrival and departure procedures
at Airport, Sea port, port and Station Hotel. Porterage less
during transfer operation at Airport, Sea port, hotel and
transportation by air conditioned of travel reservation.
HOTEL
Hotel accommodation is in based on sharing in air conditioned,
twin bed room, with private bath or shower unless otherwise
indicated, single room supplement are indicated.

TRANSPORTATION
The best transportation is available Lombok Trekking Travel
utilizes coaches and owned by its operating companies and
associations.
Standard of service
Lombok Trekking Travel guarantees to provide the high standard
of service with in the limitation of the destination involved.

Refunds
No refund will be made for any unused services included of the
tours.
Travel Documents
All visitors to Indonesia must be in
possession of a valid passport (+6 months valid) and having
proof of onward passage (return ticket). A visa is required for
tourists visiting Indonesia from many countries. The visa can be
obtained at your point of entry airport (check Indonesia Embassy
website for a complete list). Airport visas can be up to 1 month
and are non-extendable. Please consult your Embassy for help in
acquiring the proper visa before entering Indonesia.
Travel Insurance
You are strongly recommended to purchase
your own travel insurance for trip cancellations,
hospitalization, medical evacuation, loss of baggage, etc. So
please consult with reliable travel insurance companies.
All the staffs of P.T Lombok
Trekking Travel Service Company will work hard and find the
greatest solution to overcome any problem which may occur during
the tour, but you should be aware that some things could be
beyond of our control.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding that
might be happened between us, during or after the tour. Please
read carefully all above information and let us know if you have
questions related to the entire tours. We will answer for all of
your questions and inquiries with our hearts. |
