Flores Kelimutu Tour 3 Days
Mount Kelimutu is a volcano located on Flores Island, NTT Province, Indonesia. The location of this mountain is precisely in Pemo Village, Kelimutu District, Ende Regency. This mountain has three crater lakes at its peak. This lake is known as the Three Colors Lake because it has three different colors, namely red, blue and white. Even so, these colors always change over time. Kelimutu is a combination of the words “keli” which means mountain and the word “mutu” which means to boil. According to the beliefs of local residents, the colors on the Kelimutu lake have their own meaning and have very powerful natural forces.
Itinerary Trip:
Activities Day 1 – Arrival Maumere – Moni
Upon arrival at Waeoti airport in Maumere – Flores, drive up to Moni for 95 km (04 hours) lunch will be served at local restaurant in Paga beach, continued to Jopu village – to see the traditional house of Lio’s tribe and pay a call to comprehend the daily life of the local people, late afternoon arrival in Moni then check in at Flores Sare for accommodation and dinner.
Activities Day 2 – Moni – Kelimutu – Maumere
After an early in morning at 04.30 am, drive up to Kelimutu Volcano to see the three colored lakes, after admiring the nature wonder, drive back to Maumere with several stop at Blikon Mblewut Museum in Ledalero village, Wuring fishing village to see the houses built on stilts over the Sea, next drive to eastern coast of Maumere for accommodation and dinner at Sea World club resort.
Activities Day 3 – Maumere – Denpasar
Breakfast at hotel, free of program until transfer to the airport for your flight to Denpasar.

Good morning. We will pick you up at the Meeting Point (Hotel in Ende/Moni area), in the morning at 04.00 to rush to Kelimutu. Upon arrival we will be trekking on foot with a sloping road for about 30 minutes to the top of Kelimutu to enjoy Sunrise and this 3-colored lake landscape. When finished, we will head to the Wologai Traditional House and Murundao Waterfall. When finished we will be escorted back to the Drop Point (Hotel / Ende / Moni Airport). The trip was completed satisfactorily with us.
